About the model
Built on an open implementation of the Mader model (physiology after Mader 2003; calibration after Heck, Bartmus & Grabow 2022). The simulation engine is the upstream MetaboliSim package, used unmodified so its numerical validation still applies.
Not validated against measured experimental data, and provided for research and educational use only. Not a medical device.
